Nashik, Sep 9 (INB): Barnes School & Junior College, Devlali, Nashik, hiring HR Executive (Devlali) to join their team in shaping the future at Barnes School, where tradition meets innovation.
Job responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching and residential staff, driving onboarding, orientation, induction and continuous HR process improvements, managing monthly payroll, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements and employee queries, and ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, labour and other statutory requirements. The role also includes addressing employee concerns, maintaining HR data, HRMS and MIS reporting, workforce analytics and hiring forecasts, and strengthening employer branding and supporting performance, KRA and reward systems.
Qualifications required include a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management or a related field, 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a boarding/residential school, strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and compliance, and the ability to thrive in a 24×7 residential school environment. Proficiency in English is a key requirement for the position.
