I am writing to express my sincere interest in the position of Vice-Chancellor at the University of Rajasthan.
With more than nineteen years of international experience in higher education across Russia, India, Kuwait, and Cambodia, I have dedicated my career to academic leadership, institutional development, internationalization, and excellence in teaching and research. Throughout my professional journey, I have served as Dean, Associate Dean, Vice Dean, and Professor, leading academic transformation, curriculum development, quality assurance, faculty development, and strategic institutional initiatives.
My experience includes leading business schools and faculties in multicultural environments while building sustainable partnerships with universities across Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the CIS region. I have successfully overseen curriculum modernization, academic governance, quality assurance processes, faculty mentoring, international collaborations, and institutional growth. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead complex organizations through change while maintaining academic excellence.
Having previously served as Dean of Muthoot Business School in India, I am familiar with the Indian higher education environment and appreciate the transformative opportunities created through the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). I strongly believe that universities must combine academic excellence with innovation, interdisciplinary education, international engagement, digital transformation, industry collaboration, and research that addresses societal needs.
If entrusted with the responsibility of Vice-Chancellor, my priorities would include strengthening academic quality, expanding interdisciplinary and research-driven programs, enhancing international partnerships and student mobility, supporting faculty excellence, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, advancing accreditation and ranking initiatives, and positioning the University of Rajasthan as a globally recognized institution while preserving its rich academic heritage.
Alongside my administrative responsibilities, I have remained actively engaged in teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, and international academic cooperation. I believe effective university leadership requires not only strategic vision but also accessibility, integrity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to students, faculty, and society.
I would be honored to contribute my international leadership experience and strategic vision to the continued advancement of the University of Rajasthan.
