Lighthouse Learning takes over Pathways School Gurgaon, renames it PSG Clifton International

Gurugram, Oct 12 (INB) Lighthouse Learning has assumed ownership of Pathways School Gurgaon, an established International Baccalaureate (IB) school, and renamed it PSG Clifton International School following a partnership with UK-based Clifton College, the firm said in a statement. The new identity marks a collaboration between Lighthouse Learning, Clifton College and the school, aimed at strengthening academic programmes, expanding international exposure and creating new learning opportunities for students, according to a press release issued by the group. Clifton College, which has a 164-year educational legacy, will make its first international foray outside the United Kingdom through the partnership, it stated. Lighthouse Learning said it aims to build on the school’s existing academic foundation and IB ethos by combining global educational practices with an understanding of India’s education landscape. The three institutions will work together on knowledge exchange, international collaborations and academic programmes to prepare students for a rapidly changing world, the statement said. Prajodh Rajan, founder and group CEO of Lighthouse Learning, said the partnership would bring together the school’s established educational philosophy, Lighthouse Learning’s institutional capabilities and Clifton College’s global heritage. He said the group intended to strengthen the institution’s academic and organisational foundations while preserving its child-centred approach and values. Prashant Jain, founder of Pathways School Gurgaon, said the institution had been an important part of his life for more than 16 years and expressed confidence that Lighthouse Learning would build on its existing strengths in academic excellence, holistic development and community engagement. Captain Rohit Sen Bajaj, director of PSG Clifton International School, described the transition as an important milestone, adding that the partnership would help the institution develop further while remaining true to its founding principles. Dr Christopher Stevens, executive head of Clifton College Education Group, said the collaboration offered an opportunity to combine Clifton’s educational traditions with Lighthouse Learning’s experience and international outlook. Lighthouse Learning Group, formerly known as EuroKids International, operates a portfolio of preschool and K-12 education brands in India and overseas. The group said it serves more than 2 lakh students through over 2,000 preschools and 60 K-12 schools. Further information about PSG Clifton International School is available at www.psg-clifton.com.
