The Banyan expands to Lucknow with new preschool, corporate daycare centre

Lucknow, Aug 6 (INB) Early childhood education and corporate childcare provider The Banyan has launched a new preschool and daycare centre in Lucknow as part of its expansion strategy to strengthen access to quality early learning and childcare services, the institute said on Thursday. The statement said the new centre has been established to meet the growing demand for structured preschool education and dependable daycare facilities in the city, particularly among working parents and nuclear families. The Lucknow facility will offer age-appropriate, play-based learning programmes alongside daycare services supported by trained educators, child-friendly infrastructure, safety measures, nutritious meals and regular communication with parents, it added. The expansion comes amid increasing urbanisation and workforce participation in Lucknow, which has driven demand for organised childcare and early childhood education according to the statement. The Banyan Director Swati Jain said the organisation aims to create a safe and nurturing environment that supports children’s holistic development while providing working parents with reliable childcare solutions. She added that quality childcare not only contributes to children’s development but also enables parents, particularly working mothers, to pursue their careers with greater confidence. It has partnered with more than 100 organisations across sectors to provide corporate daycare services through on-site and near-site childcare models, helping employers build family-friendly workplaces and improve employee well-being, the statement said. Founded in 2003, it has over 22 years of experience, has supported more than 20,000 children, and continues to expand its preschool and corporate daycare network across the country it added.
