Central Sanskrit University releases ‘Vedanta Darshana Sangraha’ at national seminar

New Delhi, 10 Aug (INB) The Central Sanskrit University released the scholarly work ‘Vedanta Darshana Sangraha’ during a national seminar organised under its research symposium in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, the varsity said on Monday. The book was launched in the presence of Pejawar Matha seer Sri Vishwaprasanna Tirtha Swamiji and Swaminarayan Research Institute president Sadhu Bhadreshdas Swamiji, the university said in a post on its official X account. Central Sanskrit University Vice-Chancellor Acharya Srinivasa Varakhedi, Somnath Sanskrit University Vice-Chancellor Acharya Sukanta Kumar Senapati and Acharya Narayana Pujari of the National Sanskrit University, Tirupati, were among the scholars and academics present at the event. Scholars discussed the contents, editorial methodology, philosophical significance and academic relevance of Vedanta Darshana Sangraha. The seminar also featured discussions on various traditions of Vedanta philosophy, their distinctive classical features and their relevance in the contemporary context, according to the university. The event was coordinated by Acharya Ganesh T Pandit, who welcomed and thanked the saints, vice-chancellors, scholars, guests and research scholars. Dr Yashwant Kumar Trivedi conducted the proceedings. The university said the event reaffirmed its commitment to preserving and promoting India’s knowledge traditions, advancing research in Vedanta philosophy and encouraging the publication of classical scholarly literature.
