Amity strengthens STEM education through Innovation Lab Workshop

Lucknow, Jul 22 (INB) Amity Innovation Incubator has organised the Young Innovators Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Lab Workshop in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, the Indo-US Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and STEAM Varsity, providing students with hands-on exposure to emerging technologies. The workshop engaged students in developing Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications, solving design thinking challenges, and interacting with national and international mentors. The programme aimed to strengthen innovation, creativity and problem-solving skills among young learners. The event was attended by Vikas Sood, Experiential Learning Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi; Dr. Chaitali Bhattacharya, Interim Executive Director and Chief Science Officer, Indo-US Science and Technology Forum; Priya Thomas, Senior Programme Officer, Indo-US Science and Technology Forum; and Dharam Raj Panwar, Co-Founder of STEAM Varsity, among other facilitators. Amity said the initiative reflects its commitment to promoting STEM education and nurturing future innovators through experiential learning and international collaboration.
