CBSE begins phase-wise declaration of Tier-II recruitment exam results for KVS, NVS

New Delhi, Aug 20 (INB) The CBSE has begun phase-wise declaration of Tier-II recruitment examination results for teaching and non-teaching posts in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), according to an official notification. In the first phase, results for four posts — PGT (Computer Science), TGT (Computer Science), Finance Officer and Stenographer Grade-I — were declared on August 17, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) said in a press release issued on Monday. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their result status by logging into their respective application portals, the board said. Candidates for whom preference of organisation or region between KVS and NVS is applicable under the recruitment notification will also be required to submit their preference through the application portal, according to the CBSE. The interview call letters for candidates shortlisted for PGT (Computer Science), TGT (Computer Science) and Finance Officer posts will be made available in their respective application logins after the interview schedule is finalised in consultation with KVS and NVS. For candidates shortlisted for the Stenographer Grade-I post, skill test call letters will be made available through the application login after finalisation of the skill test schedule, the notification said. The CBSE said results for the remaining posts are being finalised and will be declared in phases over the next few days. Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the official websites of CBSE, KVS and NVS for further updates. Results pertaining to the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) Tier-II Recruitment Examination will be declared separately through the official EMRS/NESTS website, it added.
