New Delhi, Jul 13 (INB) The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has invited applications for its Indian and Foreign Language Learning Programme (IFLLP), a short-term certificate course in five foreign languages, with the last date to apply being July 20, 2026.
The programme, offered by the Office of International Relations, will run from August to November 2026 and includes courses in French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Russian. It aims to develop participants’ language proficiency and cultural understanding through expert-led instruction.
The institute said the programme will be conducted entirely in offline mode at the IIT Delhi Main Campus in Hauz Khas. Classes will be held on weekdays and select Sundays, depending on instructor availability, with no online or regular weekend batches. Candidates who have passed Class 10 are eligible to apply. The programme fee ranges from Rs 4,130 for IIT Delhi students to Rs 11,800 for external candidates, including GST.
Participants will undergo continuous assessment and a final examination, and certificates will be awarded to those who successfully complete all course requirements. Refund requests will be accepted only within 10 days of the programme’s commencement, subject to the institute’s policy.
