MSM Unify newly appointed Senior Director, Sales and Services, Pooja Parmar

New Delhi, Sep 2 (INB) MSM Unify, a global education platform, has appointed international education professional Pooja Parmar as Senior Director, Sales and Services, the company said on Wednesday. Parmar brings more than 25 years of experience in international education, including university recruitment, institutional partnerships, market development and cross-border operations across Australia, the UK, North America, South Asia and other international markets, it said. She has extensive experience in the India-Australia education corridor and is familiar with Australian higher education regulations and international student recruitment frameworks, including the ESOS Act, TEQSA requirements and the National Code, the company said in a statement. The appointment marks Parmar’s return to MSM Unify, where she previously served as Head of Admissions & Recruitment. During her earlier tenure, she managed strategic relationships with more than 12 institutions across Canada, the UK, the US, Australia and New Zealand, while leading a 75-member multicultural team across several regions. Most recently, Parmar served as Head Marketing – Global at Danford Higher Education, Australia, where she led international recruitment across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia, according to the statement. Her earlier career includes senior roles with Navitas in Canada and India, Career Education Consultancy Australia, Kent Institute Australia and IILM, covering student recruitment, institutional partnerships and market development. Commenting on the appointment, Sanjay Laul, Founder, MSM Unify, said Parmar’s experience in international education and institutional relationships would help the company strengthen support for university partners and expand its presence across key international markets. Parmar said she was pleased to return to MSM Unify in an expanded role and would focus on strengthening relationships with university partners, improving service delivery, supporting sustainable enrollment growth and helping institutions build greater diversity in their international student cohorts. In her new role, Parmar will lead MSM Unify’s sales and services strategy across international markets and work with university partners, international offices and regional teams to strengthen institutional relationships and support long-term enrolment objectives. Parmar holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delhi. She is also pursuing a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing and Analytics with AI from BITSOM, according to the statement.
