Bengaluru, Aug 13 (INB) Sree Ayyappa Educational & Charitable Trust has announced hiring for the position of Principal Consultant for Master Planning and Architectural Design of a proposed 9.5-acre educational campus in Nelamangala Taluk, near Tumkur Road/NH-48, Bengaluru.
The proposed campus will include a CBSE K-12 School, Graduate College offering B.Ed., Commerce and Science programmes, a closed auditorium, common amenities, sports facilities and a traditional temple.
The scope of work covers master planning, architectural and structural design, MEP and civil works, traffic planning, landscape and interior design, technical support for statutory approvals, tender packaging and construction supervision. Eligible firms should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional or campus design and a strong track record of delivering multidisciplinary projects.
