New Delhi, Sept 30 (INB) NIIT Ltd on Wednesday announced the elevation of Dr Vishnupriya Raghavan as Senior Vice President and Business Head of Technology Learning Solutions at NIIT Enterprise, it said.
In her expanded role, Raghavan will lead the company’s Technology Learning Solutions business, focusing on digital fluency, workforce capability and enterprise transformation amid the growing adoption of artificial intelligence, NIIT said in a statement.
NIIT CEO Pankaj Jathar said Raghavan’s elevation reflects her understanding of enterprise technology and ability to translate evolving technology requirements into workforce outcomes. “I am confident that she will bring strong leadership to NIIT Enterprise and further strengthen NIIT’s ability to help enterprises build AI-ready, future-facing technology talent at scale,” Jathar said.
According to the company, NIIT Enterprise’s Technology Learning Solutions portfolio covers role readiness, technology skilling, leadership development, OEM-led capability programmes and enterprise-scale capability transformation. Its focus areas include AI-first engineering, AI-led site reliability engineering, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, data engineering, enterprise architecture, Engineering Intelligence and technology leadership, it said. Raghavan said her focus would be on helping organisations build technology talent capabilities that can evolve with rapidly changing roles and ways of working. “By combining deep technology expertise, hands-on application and enterprise context, we aim to help organisations translate technology change into workforce readiness, productivity and business impact,” she said.
The portfolio draws on capabilities across StackRoute and RPS Consulting, along with an OEM partner ecosystem, to support enterprises with technology capability development ranging from role readiness to large-scale transformation, NIIT said. The company said its structured learning pathways, hands-on practice and real-world application are aimed at helping organisations develop automation-ready and AI-native teams and improve time-to-productivity.
