New Delhi, Jul 14 (INB) The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Monday opened the window for NEET UG 2026 candidates to challenge their recorded OMR responses, allowing objections till 11 pm on July 15 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per response. According to a public notice dated July 13, the agency has uploaded the scanned images of candidates’ OMR answer sheets and recorded responses on the official NEET UG website. Candidates can log in using their application number and password to view the documents. The challenge facility is available only for the recorded OMR responses. NTA clarified that the answer key challenge process has already concluded and no further objections regarding the answer key will be entertained. Candidates who find discrepancies between the answers marked on their physical OMR sheet and the recorded responses may submit an online challenge after completing two-factor authentication through a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number and email address. A processing fee of Rs 200 per challenged response must be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. The fee is non-refundable and challenges submitted without successful payment will not be considered. NTA said challenges submitted through any mode other than the online portal will not be accepted. Candidates have been advised to carefully verify the scanned OMR image before filing objections, as the OMR scanner evaluates responses based on the markings visible on the sheet. For any clarification related to NEET UG 2026, candidates may contact the NTA helpdesk or visit the official website for updates.
