New Delhi, Oct 7 (INB) IIT Delhi has invited nominations from faculty members for the fourth edition of its five-day residential Nurturing Future Leadership Programme (NFLP), sponsored by the Ministry of Education, it said on Wednesday.
The programme will be held from October 26 to 30, 2026, at the IIT Delhi campus in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. Accommodation on a single-occupancy basis, including meals, will be available from the evening of October 25 to the morning of October 31, the institute said in a LinkedIn post. The selection-based leadership development programme is aimed at developing leadership capabilities among faculty members and is envisioned around the goal of “everyone a leader”, IIT Delhi said.
The institute said more than 100 participants have attended previous editions of the programme. Two faculty members can be nominated from each participating institute, preferably one male and one female candidate, according to the institute. The programme is open to full-time faculty members from IITs, IIMs, IISERs, other centrally funded institutes as well as Central, state and private universities. Nominations are required to be made by the respective Directors, Vice-Chancellors or Principals of the participating institutions, IIT Delhi said.
Travel arrangements and the associated costs between the participant’s host institute and IIT Delhi will have to be handled by the respective institute. The programme is intended to provide selected faculty members with an opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to stronger academic institutions.
