CBSE holds live webinar on registration, list of candidates for Board Exams 2027

New Delhi, Sep 30 (INB) The CBSE organised a live webinar on the relevance of Registration and List of Candidates (LOC) submission for the Class X and XII Board Examinations 2027, focusing on making examination-related processes more transparent and student-friendly, the education board said.
The webinar was held at the CBSE Integrated Office in Dwarka and followed the board’s circulars on submission of LOC data and correction of students’ demographic details, the CBSE said in a statement issued on Tuesday.
The board advised schools to ensure accuracy at every stage of Registration and LOC submission and provide timely guidance to students and parents to avoid procedural difficulties.
CBSE has already commenced the LOC process for the 2027 Secondary and Senior Secondary Board Examinations and will shortly begin Registration for students of Classes IX and XI, it said.
The processes cover students studying in nearly 32,000 CBSE-affiliated schools across India and 26 countries, according to the board.
A key feature of the webinar was a live question-and-answer session during which senior CBSE officials responded to queries from principals and teachers.
The questions covered correction of student particulars, selection and change of subjects, submission and verification of LOC data, registration of students in Classes IX and XI and fee-related provisions.
The Controller of Examinations also made a presentation on key aspects of the Registration and LOC processes.
The board stressed the importance of timely and accurate submission of student data, particularly details and subject combinations, compliance with fee-related provisions and implementation of provisions for Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
The programme was live-streamed on CBSE’s official YouTube channel and saw participation from students, parents and other stakeholders. More than 450 school principals and educators from CBSE-affiliated schools attended the programme in person at the Dwarka office, the board said.
