New Delhi, Jul 16 (INB) The Centre for Studies in Population and Development (CSPD) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus, has invited applications for a six-month research-intensive internship programme, with the last date to apply being July 26.
The internship is aimed at students interested in population studies, development and policy research. Selected interns will work with faculty mentors on research projects, contribute to working papers and publications, and participate in fieldwork and community outreach programmes.
According to the university, the internship has an initial duration of six months, with the possibility of a further six-month extension based on satisfactory performance. Interns will be required to maintain regular engagement, submit periodic work reports and complete academic and field-based assignments.
As part of the programme, participants will receive free training through capacity-building workshops on quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis and research writing to strengthen their research and professional skills.
The university said the internship is intended for students who are interested in evidence-based research, policy analysis and social development.
